Yikes. I made a deal with myself to do 100 Banded Squats with some Glute Activation exercises EVERY DAMN DAY that I here in Bolivia. ⁣ ⁣ Why? Because my strength training is going to be limited while I out here. I have a few big projects when I get home so must remain in . ⁣ ⁣ I was SO tired and not feeling it last night at all but I HAD to get it in. I refuse to quit things I commit to. ⁣ ⁣ I was channeling my inner @getzappedfitness mentality. ⁣ ⁣ I also love to use resistance bands while on the go. They are light weight, small, and can be used ANYWHERE. ⁣ ⁣ Ps- it was tough to start but it didn’t take much to get in the zone and I certainly don’t regret it. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

I’m an extremely honest person. Some people don’t like that about me and I used to question it till I grew older. ⁣ ⁣ There are few people in this world that will EVER tell you the raw truth or call you on your . ⁣ That person may make you feel better on a day to day basis but they are not making you a better person. ⁣ ⁣ I started telling myself some hard truths when I moved from the UK to the US and it changed my life. I used to be such an idiot, with zero ambition and this self-destructive attitude. ⁣ ⁣ I will never stop demanding more from myself because we can always improve and evolve. ⁣ ⁣ It’s okay to be raw with yourself as long as you know it’s to improve yourself.⁣ ⁣ LEVEL-UP 👊🏽⁣ ⁣

It feels so good to move after yesterday’s travel day!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I arrived to the hotel after 3am this morning so did my best to lay low today and relax. I slept as much as I could and studied as much as my head could handle till I hit the gym. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ My heart rate SKY ROCKETED 🚀 at first but after 15-20 minutes I began to adapt and it wasn’t so bad! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Hoping to sleep like a baby tonight before the wild road trip begins tomorrow at 6am 😜 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I hit this circuit 5 times:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1️⃣ 12 RDL⁣⁣ 2️⃣ 10 DB Bicep Curl + Press⁣⁣ 3️⃣ 10 Reverse Lunge High Knee + Single Leg DL [EACH LEG]⁣⁣ 4️⃣ 12 Barbell Bent Over Rows ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

I’m relaxed and sitting in Bogota waiting for my connection to Bolivia for an adventure of a lifetime. ✈️ 🗺 ⁣ ⁣ The elevation is no joke and this will be a first time staying in such high altitudes and for a long period of time. I can’t wait to get my feet on the ground to adapt to the environments and see the most breathtaking landscapes. 🌅 ⁣ ⁣ 🚌 I will be cruising around the country with the BEST team capturing some life changing content for @ifit ⁣ ⁣ Stay tuned on my stories to see some of the road trip. ⁣ ⁣ ☝️ First stop, “Death Road” ⚠️ Also known as the world’s most dangerous road. 🌎 ⁣ ⁣ This will be one you won’t want to miss! ⁣ ⁣

I lost for words...⁣ ⁣ I received THE coolest email today. I have been nominated for “most influential” trainer for The Best of @bodybuildingcom Awards 2019.⁣ ⁣ I beyond honored to have been nominated and to stand as THE ONLY FEMALE alongside some insanely iconic men in the fitness industry:⁣ @krisgethin@jimstoppani@abelbodygym@mikerashid ⁣ ⁣ This is such a crazy feeling. Never in my wildest dres did I think I would be able to influence so many people around the world by genuinely doing what I love in the rawest, realest way possible. Just to be featured on @bodybuildingcom is an honor but this is wild. ⁣ ⁣ There is no filter here, I will always tell you the truth, I will always follow my heart, and I will always listen to my fily and friends. I will forever stay grounded and I hope that other people trying to become “an influencer” listen closely. To be successful in this social media world you cannot fake it. You must be a practitioner in front of the world and when you’re alone and when no one is looking. Don’t let this “insta-fe” get to your head. You’re no better than any other human on this planet. In fact you should appreciate the reach you have and utilize the reach you have to influence people in a positive way. Not show them what they can’t have and make them compare themselves to your “perfect” life.⁣ Use this as a tool to pump positivity into the world. Teach others from your real life mistakes and BE NICE. ⁣ ⁣ But most importantly... Be the person you are through the screen in real life. ⁣ ⁣ Thank you all for the INSANE support over the past few years. My heart is SO full. WHAT A WORKOUT!! ⁣ ⁣ Today’s energy was on FIYAAA 🔥 Thanks @rascione for the ASS WHOOPING! ⁣ ⁣ I so excited to be heading to Bolivia 🇧🇴 on Wednesday for a life changing experience with @ifit to capture some astounding content for you guys! ⁣ ⁣ I will be documenting my 19 days in the unknown, the good and the bad. These trips are absolutely incredible and I so grateful, but on the other hand 19 days away from home, my man, fily, pups, and businesses ain’t easy for me. I know this will be a growing experience, I can’t wait to indulge in the indigenous culture and experience things I have never done before! ⁣ ⁣

I don’t think words can really explain how proud we are of these two humans!⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ TRUE NOVICES!⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Lisa won every division she entered 4/4 and OVERALL! 🗡 🥇 ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Tony won two classes, 2nd place, and fourth place 🥇 🏅 ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Let’s rewind a second though and talk about what it took to get here... ⁣ [SWIPE ALL THE WAY TO SEE THEIR BEFORE PICS] ⁣ Thanks to @lisannw80 at the end of 2017 she was able to persuade @zappa653 to join the @hef_tribe and they both decided to sign up for my challenge. They both had incredible results but they weren’t satisfied. They continued with my subscription and then both registered for my next challenge and decided to go “BALLS DEEP” -Tony. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ The deep mentality lead Lisa to WIN and Tony to have the CRAZIEST transformation. Then they went on to WIN and made @pumpfit_paulo and I SO proud. Something clicked along the way, they have a savage mentality like I have never seen before. They don’t just commit, they go ALL in and then some. From the most intense meal prep, to never missing a day of training, to waking up around 2am to get their training in TOGETHER. Tony hops on a plane and works in Colombia back and forth for half of every month but they prep his meals to take with him to stay on track. Their support and drive for one another is beyond inspiring. I look at their before pictures and can’t help but think 🤔 WHAT if they had never met each other? They would have NEVER seen their true potential... and it ain’t over yet, these two have only just begun! ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ The universe brings certain people together. There’s a reason we met and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Stay tuned for a @youtube vlog of this weekend, we sat down with this fierce couple to get inside their minds to see what drives them to be the best they can be. ⁣ ⁣
