I'm constantly asked by my clients to post some videos online so my clients can workout from either home or vacation. Here is a little something you can do yourself at home using just a I'm using a heavy black one and I like to do sets of slow 6 or 8 followed by 8 pulses to . I always like to start the work week with leg day (even though I do daily 😜) I like to dedicate either a heavy weight gym routine or a leg exclusive reformer set. For the scooter/side scooter series I use a red and blue spring. I like to do sets of 8 followed by pulses for 8 (that's where I really feel the burn🔥🔥🔥) for the standing splits abductor series I use only 1 red.

Was inspired today by @johngarey whos absolutely one of my favorite. He demonstrated this kneeling shoulder press. I attempted single arm without removing any springs. It was challenging. Threw in some knee stretches just because it felt like a good way to combine a little lower with upper .

I admit sometimes when I make videos I do one side only and may retake the shot a few times until it's perfect for Instagram. I've decided not to edit today's arm routine. I've done sets of 4 and transitions as gracefully as I could to the other side.
