Let’s talk pocket knives. A good utility knife is essential for EDC. There’s nothing wrong with carrying high end blades, free country and whatnot. For me, I don’t like to carry anything above the $70 mark, and generally I stay well below that. Why? Utility blades are for utility tasks. They get disrespected. They get used. They do tasks they maybe weren’t designed for. I’d rather my $30 @opinelofficiel take that abuse than my $400 @traylorknifeworks . I’ve honestly thought about switching to a box cutter style with replaceable blades. So what utility blade do you carry?
