⚡️Sandbang Circuit⚡️ . . 1. Row Clean to Squat Press 2. Clean to Alt Front Lunge 3. Overhead Squat 4.Bent Over Row 5. Single Leg RDL 5 each leg . . 5 rounds | 40 seconds each . . You don’t need to work out for a long time. Make sure to have an intention, pay attention to how you’re feeling and execute a work out that lines up with your goals. . . Be clear on what your goals are and then find an approach that aligns with your skill set but that also aligns with you schedule. . . Don’t stress about your work outs needing to be 1 hour, or Cardio first, or just heavy all the time. . . Learn to listen to what your is telling you.. and give it that.. do not let ego drive your work out. . . Let’s talk about the long game and getting the most out of your meat suit during the times that actually matter.. and that’s time with friends and family, enjoying time in nature, doing fun . Not so much under a barbell with loading a ton of weight with form. . . Try the sand band! Let me know your thoughts! workout
