Full finisher or quick hitter if your pressed for time... • 1️⃣ windmill- pay attention to how @funsize_hc rotates her feet as she takes the end of the barbell hip to hip.. pull the barbell with the hand that has the palm facing down... trying to generate all the power with the core.. • 2️⃣slow eccentric deadlift- your feet are going to be about hip width as you drive your backwards... as you do this your chest will naturally tilt over your feet... come up at a comfortable pace and squeeze your ... • 3️⃣over head press-squeeze your as you press the bar at a 45 degree angle... by the end of the rep your attempting to have a straight line from your hands, , and feet... • 4️⃣reverse lunge- end of barbell is right underneath your chin... stepping backwards, trying to have that front shin fairly close to vertical.. • 5️⃣ single arm bent row- feet hip width starting at either side of the bar... soft bend in your knees pushing your back, keeping your back straight... row 2x on that side switching to the other side... you can hop or step across.. • #Workout

First time working on muscle-ups. Using a band cuz I’m weak and I have no clue how to do them! Lol practice makes perfect I reckon! I’d like to be able to do one without bands by the end of the year 🤷🏻‍♀️. #workout
