Máme tu deň 4 Emoji Summer Yoga Challenge, ktorý nám prináša krásnu a mimoriadne "výživnú" pozíciu ťavy alebo Pravidelným praktizovaním posilňuje chrbtové svalstvo (pretože brutálny chrbát chceš), "predlžuje" chrbticu (nevyrastieš, ale minimálne pocitovo sa budeš cítiť dlhší), otvára hrudník, zvyšuje kapacitu pľúc, stimuluje anahatačakru no a predovšetkým je úžasnou reverznou pozíciou vhodnou pre každú kancelársku bytosť ohrozonú diagnózou tzv. The art of taking a break. 🍵⁠ I admit it, a hard one for me. I decided to become 100% independent as a yoga teacher, studio owner and freelance translator in November 2015. Before I had an office job with a set schedule, including breaks. Since then I work on my own, times where there's no e-mail to answer, no accounting to do, no retreat to schedule or website to update are very rare. The more this goes by, the more I notice I do have to actively take breaks. My favorite non yoga related breaks are: reading a book, drinking tea, hiking in nature, swimming in rivers. On the other hand, yoga is my favoiurte break too! I guess when you live and work for you passions everything melts togheter, giving so much energy to continue! ⁠ .⁠ .⁠ .⁠ .⁠ .⁠ #asana

『反る』 ではなくて、 『胸を開く』 後屈のアーサナでは、ついかっこ良く剃りたくなります。 しかし後屈のアーサナは、反る意識が怪我をする元に😹 腹筋を締めて。 バンダの意識をしっかり持って。 胸を気持ち良く開くと、自然に後ろ方向にアーチが出来て、それが反っているように見える。 自然に呼吸出来ている? 痛みを感じている? 反ることに向いていない? 自問自答の毎日です^ ^ 、 、 #asana

: Challenge Your Limits – One Step at a Time. The ancient yogic text, Patanjali Yoga Sutra, defines yoga asana as Sthira Sukham Asanam. Do only as much as you comfortably can and then just stretch a bit more (to improve flexibility). Remember to use the breath as a reference point - when it is light and long, then the muscles begin to relax; but when the breath is jagged or uneven, it means you have over-exerted.
