bought this ice cream tub last night as a little challenge and it was down to $3.50 !! don’t regret buying it one bit. today has already started off a better day than yesterday as I took half the day off and just chilled with my dog which was exactly what I needed. last night I pulled out a chocolate bar as my fear food to challenge this week, so I have a flake bar in the pantry ready to go which I’m super pumped but super scared of at the same time. hope you have a lovely day and thank you for reading all of this 💛🌻

FDOE: 🔹Breakfast: toasted bread with butter and coffee with milk 🔹AM snack: grapes and toast 🔹Lunch: rice, chicken fingers and 🥦 + a pear 🔹PM snack was the same as breakfast😅 🔹Dinner: "Bacalhau à gomes de Sá" and some vegetables + 🍍 Today I had my appointment in the hospital and it went well, I'm getting better and better every day. I'm recovering my life back, my energy is increasing and I'm taking the most of my days! Trust me guys recovery is the right way and once you started you want it more and more! I believe I can be free, I believe that I can be happy again and mostly I believe I can be full recovered and have a normal life! So start believing that you can recover!! ❤️❤️ (ps: I know I eat the same breakfast every day but I really love toasted bread 😅🤷‍♀️) #fearfood

DINNER Don't worry guys, this icelollie is not the only thing I had for dinner! 😂 I just wanted to share with you that I did the !! I took a mango/pineapple/coconut sorbet and it was delish 😍 I did it with all my family! 😊 Good night 🌃 #fearfood

• morning snack is a full fat latte ☕️ + green apple + protein ball 🍏 • I had to eat this only an hour after breakfast on my way to volunteering because otherwise I don’t have a break to eat until 1pm 😅 this feels so wrong and I feel so bad and guilty for eating so much and it’s not even 8am 🙃 butttt I have to fit all my meals and snacks in, regardless of timings 💪🏻 • and going out to a scary dinner tonight ain’t no excuse 😉😓 •

Hey🤗 This was my dinner today It was so challanging😅 I had a full grain bun with selfmade herb-garlic butter!!!😍 (had it so often before my eating disorder started) Also had some broccoli with curry ketchup!!, some cucumber and a few cherry tomatoes🥰 All in all today was a pretty good day In the afternoon I had a doctors appointment and weighing💪🏻 After that I had coffee with my mum and went to our school festival until quite late in the evening😊 Hope you also had a good day😌 Good night and sleep well😴❤ • • • #fearfood recovery fight #fearfood ♡💪🏻
