Hoy comparto esta tremenda MOUSSE DE CHOCOLATE, es especial para quienes entrenan y necesitan un aporte extra de proteínas y sin azúcar refinada, es el perfecto postre sin culpa 😋 . Los ingredientes para 4 potes de 120ml ⭐ 2 tazas de porotos/frijo negros cocidos ⠀ ⭐ 1/2 taza de leche de avena ⠀ ⭐ 3 cucharadas de avellanas o almendras ⭐ 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco ⭐ 3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo sin azúcar ⭐ 2 cucharadas de azúcar mascabo o 1 cucharadita de estevia ⠀ ⭐ pizca de sal ⠀ ⭐ pizca de canela ⠀ ⭐ 1 cucharadita de jugo de limón ⠀ ⠀ PROCEDIMIENTO: Escurrir bien los porotos/frijo para eliminar el líquido si queda algo después de cocinarlos. Ponerlos en la licuadora con el resto de ingredientes y mezclar hasta que quede suave. Enfriar bien antes de comer. ¡Disfrutar! . Te va a sorprender lo rico y cremoso que queda! . . . . #greenfood

de acelga con Champiñones ✔Masa 🔽2 huevos 🔽100gr harina de garbanzos 🔽10 hojas de acelga cruda 🔽250 ml de leche descremada 🔽1 pizca de sal 🔽1 cda de polvo de hornear ❗Licuar todos juntos los alimentos y luego colocar un poco de la mezcla en panquequera o sartén previamente engrasada. Alcanzó para 15 Panqueques! ✔ Relleno 🔽15 champiñones cortados y salteados en sartén con limón 🔽100 gr de queso mantecoso 🔽2 cdas grandes de queso crema 🔽Sal marina a gusto 🔽 Condimentos a gusto 🔽1 hoja de albahaca ❗Mezclar todo, en la sartén hasta que el queso se derrita bien. Y armar los sobres y a disfrutar! Pueden agregar tomate, jamón y lo que tengan!!! #greenfood

I can’t be more excited to pick the first of many of my bell peppers! 🙌🏼 We go through a lot of bell peppers in this family. It’s so fun to just walk out and pick them at the peak of ripeness for free! The flavor is so incredible compared to store bought peppers! My Tower is still going strong for 3 months now! It looks like I’ll be harvesting a bunch of basil again soon, the swiss chard just keeps coming too. There are so many peppers coming! In the fourth picture, can you find the 5 peppers? Look closely, they like to hide. This is my first year growing celery. I love how pretty it grows. Also, this is my first time growing broccoli and it’s going well so far (I think). Just managing the caterpillars and trying to keep them from eating the leaves. But then I found what every gardener wants in their garden! A sweet lady bug!!🐞😍 I’m cheering this little guy on for sure! These fresh peppers and some Swiss chard added to the texture, color and nutrients that compliment this meal perfectly!!
