It’s Monday ✨ - Last week I only lifted twice and decided that I really needed the rest of the week to myself. Granted I had a lot to do but I found that I was having a bad lift time and time again, and losing Th excitement to be in the gym- which is not like me at all! After going 6 days a week for months in end I decided to listen to my and take a much needed breather- and what do ya know, I went into the gym today and killed it! It was hard to leave! It’s important to remember that the gym is more than building or losing but it’s definitely an escape and a mental health battle as well and it’s important to take time for yourself and know that if you take some time it isn’t the end of the world. We all start somewhere and we’re all different and we’re ALL HUMAN. It’s okay to rest ✨🙏🏼 . . . . . #gymaddict
