Expect adaptation and donโ€™t stress when it happens. Just make a change as illustrated above. . . ๐ŸŒ‘2: Donโ€™t overlook the power of increasing calories to help get you leaner. Strategic refeeds and diet breaks are crucial the leaner you get and the longer you diet. More food and temporary restoration doesnโ€™t mean you get fat when itโ€™s part of the strategy. . . ๐ŸŒ‘3: Compliance is key. Donโ€™t complain about the results youโ€™re not getting for the effort you havenโ€™t put in. . . ๐ŸŒ‘4: Low calories and/or high output arenโ€™t meant to be fun but sometimes theyโ€™re necessary to continue progress. Liquid phase. It was so hard to get any liquid down due to internal swelling. Everything had to be iced to keep the sweeping down. My biggest tip is just add ice to everything!!!
