Award for the ugliest food photo... this was actually meant to be breakfast but first day back at work and all that. Ended up bringing it home! Dressed it up with a muller Greek style yogurt (0.5) that I stole off my hubby (sorry!) blueberries are frozen and I have to say they’re gross 🀒 ha ha #weightloss

Like I said, disorganised unplanned day! πŸ™„ So whilst in Tesco earlier I snapped up this Quorn lasagne so I'd have something quick after group. 6 syns. And I LOVE lasagne so if it's as good as I hope, it's worth every syn... It wasn't as good as I hoped. 😭🀣 A bit bland if I'm honest. Such a shame, but it filled a hole! Horrific lighting and no idea why but too hungry to care πŸ’€ Another chewing/spitting episode this afternoon - Fucking so angry at myself but I can’t undo it. Thinking of making my goal for the next challenge to break this habit once and for all - although giving myself some credit for working hard on reducing binges and even reducing the chewing/spitting episodes in the second half of this challenge. Anyway... dinner = Onions, peppers & pak choi cooked with garlic, oregano & paprika!
