“Looked at this one for awhile but decided against it. The face was to broad and connected so if something did slide there was no where to hide. The potential hike up was also an issue. I liked the ridge to the right but it was not sharp enough and a slide could have potentially pulled you into a serac.” - @jeremyjones

June 2019 // After summiting Denali, riding the Messner & Orient Express via West Rib variation the set their eyes on The North Peak of Denali that had been sitting unridden by any snowboard. On their final day on the mountain, the entire crew put 8 tracks down this elusive face all dropping from 19,000ft. ⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Stay tuned this fall for more from this epic adventure and a short film from @roam ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Photos: @nick_russelll & @erichroepke

⁣ No better way to experience a Total Solar Eclipse than on your snowboard. ⁣ ⁣ Just a few days ago @inakiodriozola @mountainmind & @kylelhk did just that in the Northern Chilean Andes. Totality only lasted for two minutes and passed over a very small area of remote mountains that currently have almost no snow but the crew managed to pull it off! Stay tuned for more from this adventure soon. ⁣ ⁣ Photo: ⁣@kylelhk / @karakorambc

After an incredible season in Switzerland the conditions have stayed great through June. Here is a look at a Swiss Summer tour with Simone @le_grand ⁣ ⁣ “4 start at Diavolezza in Engadin, Switzerland. Climbed Piz Palü 3900meters then crossed the boarder to Italy and back down the Morteratsch Glacier. Wonderful scenery” ⁣ ⁣

Have you ever wondered what it looks like to cook all your meals in a tent, on a glacier, at 14,000ft for three weeks? Welcome to the center of fine dining. Hot sauce connoisseur @harry_kearney breaks down the camp’s Rach scene as @nick_russelll & @ian.walsh give you a look into some of the foods they ate (other than ramen, oatmeal, & quesadillas) and @clark_bird stunned the crew with a ice cream made out of snow, condensed milk & Oreo cookies.

The Southern Hemi is starting to fire up and hopefully soon the mountains will look like this. Until then a little Monday of some beautiful Chilean Spines to help pass the time. Photo: @andrew_miller / @joneschile

Denali National Park

⁣ The pay off after three weeks on the glacier. Just a week ago @nick_russelll was enjoying this amazing view from dropping in at 20,310ft at 10:30pm off the top of Denali via the Messner. The scored some great conditions on their summit climb follow by an epic 5K shred back to camp. ⁣ ⁣ 📷: @nick_russelll ⁣ ⁣

Denali National Park & Preserve

“ After one of the most physically and mentally challenging days I’ve ever experienced, we reach the summit of Denali 12 hours after departing our 14,000ft camp. The tallest mountain in North America, standing 20,310 feet. Feeling very grateful that the mountain gave us a window and let us in. 6,000ft descent on the snowboards here we come!⠀⁣ ⠀⁣ Side note: Didn’t have a flag so we made one out of a t-shirt, some extra medical tape, and a black sharpie (blue was a little tricky to come by given our location) - Thanks for following along with the team on our feed, stories, and highlights. Its been a pleasure sharing this expedition with you and we look forward to continuing the story.”⁣ - @ian.walsh⁣ ⁣ Congrats to the whole on a great adventure and be sure to stay tuned later this summer for updates on the FILM project with @roam. ⁣ ⁣ 📷: @erichroepke / @roam. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Denali National Park

⁣ “We’ve been probing up towards 15,000 ft then riding back down to camp. Besides being a lot of fun, climbing high and sleeping low (ish) helps our bodies adjust to the massive change in elevation. It’s amazing how quickly the human adapts to this “new normal”. Here @forrestshearer rides a chunk of the “Rescue Gully” & boys on a bit of the “Orient Express” reaching about 16,300 ft and gettin some solid turns on the way down.” ⁣- @ian.walsh / @roam⁣ ⁣
